    Antonio Cilfone was born in Foggia, Italy, on December 29, 1988.

    He received the “Laurea” degree (3-year program, equivalent to a B.Sc. degree) in “Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni” on December 12, 2012 and the Master of Science in Communication Engineering “summa cum laude” on March 17, 2016, both from the University of Parma, Italy. He discussed a master thesis with title “Integration of memory-constrained mobile WiFi nodes into IoT scenarios: design and implementation” (in english).

    Since March 2016, he is a member of the Internet of Things Lab (IoTLab) (ex Wireless Ad-Hoc and Sensor Networks Laboratory – WASNLab) at the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Parma, and since November 2016 he is a Ph.D. Student in Information Technologies at the University of Parma, Italy.
