Ahmed Balla was born in Sudan in January 1989. He completed a Bachelor degree in Computer Science at University of Gezira, Sudan in 2013, and  Master degree of Computer Science in 2017 at the same university with a thesis entitled “Performance Analysis in VoIP Services Using Quality of Service Parameters at the Transport Layer.”
