Giorgio Carra was born in Parma on August 28th, 1995 and currently is a Ph.D. student at University of Parma, in collaboration with Krones company. He completed his master degree in mathematics (summa cum laude) at University of Parma, in 2024.

He is currently a member of the Internet of Things Lab (IoTLab) at the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Parma.
