    Jean Claude Tuyisenge was born in Rwanda, in October 1989, He received a Master’s degree in Internet of Things/Embedded Computing Systems from the Africa Centre of Excellence in Internet of Things (ACEIoT), College of Science and Technology, University of Rwanda in 2023, and a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology from the Private High Institute of Technology in 2021.

    Since November 2024, he is a member of the Internet of Things (IoT) Lab group as a Ph.D. Student at the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Parma (Italy).
